Laminate flooring is by far the easiest to keep clean and looking new. It is hard-wearing making it ideal for areas where there is heavy footfall such as hallways or even office environments. If you want the modern, stylish look of a wooden floor that is easy to maintain and hard-wearing, then laminate flooring is the ideal option for you.
It comes in a wide range of colours and styles to compliment your home perfectly and, although there are some inferior quality products available on the market, we have used our years of experience in the trade to offer you the very best selection.

Real wood floors add character and style to any home, providing a neutral background to enhance the beauty of your décor. They also add to the value of your house and can be sanded if required to give a new look without having to replace the floor itself, making them the perfect long-term flooring solution. Although they are not as hard-wearing and easy to maintain as laminates, indentations and scratches in a real wood floor help to create that natural-look. If you are looking for a floor that will enhance the value of your property and will mature and change as your tastes do through the years, real wood is the option for you.

Carpets offer you warmth and comfort underfoot. They give you an unrivalled level of 'softness' that no other floorcovering can. They are extremely practical for use on stairs because of their flexibility and 'cushioning' effect. Carpets are usually made from Polypropylene, Polyamide, wool, or a mixture of these. Polypropylene is naturally hard wearing and stain resistant. Polyamide will feel softer underfoot but will not be as hard wearing. 100% wool carpets are very soft but can be hard to keep clean. Wool carpets do not suffer from 'pile flattening' in the same way that polypropylne carpets do. A very popular mix is to have 80% wool and 20% polypropylene. This is considered 'the best of both worlds'.
